Children’s Services Care at Home Service

Description

East Lothian Council, Children’s Services wish to commission a Care at Home support service to help meet the needs of children affected by disability in East Lothian. Support will help vulnerable children and young people be active and included in their local communities as well as helping to meet identified needs which may include administering of medication and personal care support. The provision will be delivered in alignment with The Promise, Getting It Right For Every Child and UNCRC, as well as Children’s Services and the Children’s Strategic Partnership priority objectives detailed within Schedule 1 of the tender documentation.
