Description
University of Galway request the supply of a Wide-field Fluorescence Deconvolution Microscope. The system will be used for acquisition of immunofluorescence images from fixed cells and for analysis of fluorescent proteins in live cells. Software for image acquisition, processing and analysis, including deconvolution, is a key part of the purchase. Three-dimensional (xyz) and multi-channel analyses are required. Speed (throughput) of sample imaging and analysis is a key feature. Maintenance / upkeep and necessary software updates over the contract are also required.
