Norsk Tipping has entered into a new framework agreement for the observer services. The Observer services contract was signed with Watchcom Security Group AS and the Security services contract with Ernst & Young AS. Observer services: — Viking Lotto draws, — Lotto draws. — the draws are conducted in accordance with current routines: — Sign the draw protocol stating that the drawn results for Viking Lotto and Lotto are in accordance with what was drawn at the draw in question — future number games. — Carry out quality reporting after the draw that shows the status/deviations from the executed draw. — Participation in necessary training at Norsk Tipping for changes in drawing routines. — Status meetings in accordance with requirements. Security services: — Personal protection reviews, — Vulnerability analyses, — Penetration tests, — Red Team testing, — Organisational security / Social engineering testing, — Security audits, conversations with commission agents etc., — ‘Intimate analyses’ own employees, — ‘Irregularity audits’ within wages, accounts and supplier, — Threat and vulnerability assessment own employees, — Quality reviews of internal processes, — Training and courses within all the mentioned areas, — ‘Mystery shopping’ for commission agents etc.
