Description

VAV has entered into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The aim of the framework agreement is security of supplies and to reduce the need for frequent and resource-demanding procurements of standard water and sewage products. There is a continual need for the delivery of pipes, pipe fittings and values for ongoing operations and maintenance on VAV's pipeline network. VAV draws attention to the fact that the overview of products in the procurement documents must not be seen as exhaustive/final. New products could be added during the contract period. This could be, for example, if VAV would like more/alternative products, or if new products come on to the market. The agreed stock could also be changed. Any adjustments to the framework agreement will be made in consultation between the parties. See point II.1.4) “Short description”. The maximum value of all the orders that VAV expects to place with the tenderer during the framework agreements' duration, including all options that are stipulated in the procurement documents, is approx. 370 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.
