Crawley Borough Council ("the Council") intends to enter into a works and services contract with Haywards Heath Investments LDA ("Haywards Heath"), Westrock Crawley DM Limited ("Westrock") and Boulevard Regen S.A R.L ("Boulevard") in relation to the proposed redevelopment of Crawley Civic Centre and the provision of affordable housing and a district energy network.
