Invitation to tender for Learning and Development Workshops

Background - The Wales Audit Office (WAO) wishes to procure a provider (Supplier) to deliver standard learning to WAO staff over an initial 24-month period. For the purposes of this document, and the subsequent contract, the required specification will be referred to as learning and development. Annually, WAO carry out a learning needs analysis and skills audit, considering both the needs of individuals, teams and the workforce as a whole to enable the delivery of our Five-Year Strategy. Scope of Service - The WAO wish to appoint a single Supplier to deliver learning and development to WAO staff. It is envisaged that 12-24 learning and development workshops, half day or full day, virtually or in person, will be required annually, but the WAO will not commit to the number of sessions to be delivered annually. The learning and development workshops required will be determined annually following training needs analysis and organisational strategic requirements.
