Description

Tenders are sought for the supply, delivery and installation of a Physical vapor deposition (PVD) systems deposit thin films and coatings by a process in which a target material is vaporized, transported, and condensed on to a substrate. PVD processes include Sputtering, Electron beam, and Thermal Evaporation. This project is looking for a magnetron sputtering system to deposit Nickel, Titanium, Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2) and Nickel-Vanadium alloy on to 4in or 6 in wafer scale substrate with high thickness uniformity. The system should be versatile for laboratory research.
