Supply, Installation, and Maintenance of Lightning Conductors

Hull City Council (HCC) are seeking tenders for a sole Contractor to undertake each of:- 1. Supply & Installation of new Lightning Protection Systems 2. Replace & Upgrade currently in-situ Lightning Protection Systems. 3. Provision of Maintenance & Repairs to Lightning Protection Systems. The Lightning Conductors are for HCC's Multi Storey Blocks, situated throughout the City. This includes 151 new installations and upgrading 38 current in-situ conductors to appropriate residential multi occupied dwellings. The Contract Period shall be for an initial 5 years, with options to extend up to a maximum of a further 24 months. It is expected that the installation program (both new and upgrades) will be completed within the initial year from contract award and that the 12 months of each install will be covered by warranty.
