Repair and maintenance services of building installations

Description

The successful service provider will be required to provide responsive repairs, void works and some planned maintenance across the 500 or so homes owned and managed by Two Saints across Berkshire, Hampshire and West Sussex. Two Saints will require the service provider to receive and action works orders for responsive repairs, void repairs and some planned maintenance to its owned (approximately 250 units) and managed (approximately another 250 units) stock of accommodation. The service provider will be expected to diagnose reports of building faults and undertake repairs (approximately 1 200 per annum) within set timescales, undertake void repairs (approximately 60 per annum) to ensure properties comply with Two Saints' letting standard and undertake electrical testing and refurbishment on a cyclical basis and other programmed works such as kitchen and bathroom modernisation, window and door renewal and roofing works.
