Community Alcohol and Drug Treatment Service

Description

Lot 1: The aim of this service is to provide comprehensive and fully integrated treatment and care for any adult in Oxfordshire who is experiencing problems with their alcohol and drug use at any level. The main objectives of the Service are: - to support adults to reduce or end misuse of drugs and alcohol. - to support adults in abstaining from drug- and alcohol-associated criminal or anti-social behaviour. - to reduce harms associated with alcohol and drug use for those who misuse these substances. - to mitigate negative effects of drug and alcohol substance misuse on the wider community, including avoidable use of emergency health services, fear of crime and burden on social services. - to mitigate the adverse impact of parental drug and alcohol misuse on children, such as on their educational performance or behaviour. - to reduce the risk of exposure to, and transmission of, blood-borne viruses and sexually transmitted diseases
