Children's Hearing Scotland (CHS) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced service provider, to undertake the provision of training for children's panel system volunteers or Children's Hearings Scotland volunteers. The service provider will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all training related operational requirements and the delivery of high quality, cost effective training that represents value for money and facilitates learning and development. Services shall include: — providing a virtual learning environment, — the use of a blended learning approach, — the design, — delivery and evaluation of large-scale, — high volume, — training and the development of technical course materials and supporting resources.
