Voluntary ex ante transparency notice: Publication of a purchase option for Vestre Viken Health Trust by Nimble Homewards, developed through the innovation partnership project 'Innovative patient treatment' for Østfold Hospital Trust Østfold Hospital Trust entered into a contract for an innovation partnership for the development of 'Innovative Patient Treatment' with Diffia AS in 2019. Any objections to the contract must be submitted no later than 07.02.2022 Lot 1: Through the innovation partnership with Diffia and Sykehuspartner HF, Østfold Hospital Trust has developed and tested the Nimble Homewards application for digital follow-up of patients in their homes. Østfold Hospital Trust decided on 30 November to release the purchase option in the innovation contract and has entered into a contract. Southern and Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority is a successive health trust and other health trusts in the region can choose to enter into the same option. Vestre Viken Health Trust has exercised a purchase option on 17 December 2021 for the purchase of a developed solution through the partnership, and intends to enter into a contract. The procurement concerns the establishment, management, operation, and further development of Nimble Homewards as a continuing service contract. Reasons for the voluntary ex-ante transparency notice: Diffia AS's application will add a new functionality that is in demand in Vestre Viken Health Trust. The solution facilitates simple and flexible communication and sharing information between clinics in hospitals and patients at home / outside hospitals. The developed solution is unique and as a successive health trust, Vestre Viken HF intends to enter into a purchase contract with Diffia AS.
