The White Horse Federation Trust (TWHF), supported by Value Match Services, invited tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to establish a framework that supports modern, compliant and value driven procurement across the education sector and wider public sector. The framework will enable schools, Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) and other eligible public sector bodies to access efficient digital buying solutions for everyday consumables, equipment and associated procurement processes.
