NAV Tiltak Innlandet would like to procure labour market courses for work-orientated Norwegian language education for various branches for job seekers who speaker foreign languages. The course must give documented increased competence in Norwegian. After they have completed the course, participants must receive a certificate that is guiding as regards the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, CEFR. The certificate must also include an explanatory text for prospective employees. The procurement is divided into five service areas. Delivery places Lillehammer, Vinstra and Otta (exceptionally other places in Nord-Gudbrandsdal if required).
