INSTALLATION OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY MEASURES TO NON-DOMESTIC COMMUNITY BUILDINGS IN CEREDIGION

Description

Severn Wye Energy Agency is looking to partner with a Tier 1 contractor to provide a fully managed Tier 1 service for the installation of energy efficiency measures to non-domestic community buildings in Ceredigion in rural Mid-Wales. Audits have already been completed and recommended works confirmed.The working relationship with Severn Wye will represent a non-legal partnership. This involves working together as a team, affording two-way respect and assistance to ensure the success of the project. Accordingly, we are looking for a partner that shares our values, as this Client facing service will require representing Severn Wye and promoting Severn Wye’s operating culture.The energy efficiency measures comprise the following:1. Fabric first approach to improve the energy efficiency of the building structure.2. Energy reduction measures such as energy efficient lighting, heating and cooling systems.3. Renewable installations such as solar arrays and battery systemsThe total value of the project is £250,000 shared between 5 different buildings across the region.All installations will be completed before the end of December 2024.The closing date for receipt of Tenders is 10:00 hours 31 May 2024
