Stange municipality and Stange municipal housing company invite tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for ventilation services. The contracting authority intends to enter into 1 framework agreement for trade services within ventilation. The framework agreement shall include service, maintenance and alterations of air treatment plants, as well as the procurement of filters and parts. The procurement is for the delivery of both goods and services. The tenderer shall provide the material that is necessary for the execution of the assignment in question. Furthermore, the contracting authority shall be able to procure filters and parts for the municipality's own maintenance of air treatment plants. The procurement's estimated value over the contract period: 4 400 000 NOK excl. VAT The Contracting Authority does not pledge a specified volume, as changes in the need, budget and procedures may affect the total volume. For major projects, where the total cost is estimated to be more than 100 000 NOK excluding VAT, the contracting authority reserves the right to announce separate tender contests.
