The Contracting Authority would like tenders for 1 instrument for sequencing and fragment analysis, including any required instrument PC, software with accompanying licences for any instrument PC and for 2 client PCS, a colour laser printer, any necessary accessories and the accompanying instrument dependent consumables. The Contracting Authority would like tenders for 1 instrument for sequencing and fragment analysis, including any required instrument PC, software with accompanying licences for any instrument PC and for 2 client PCS, a colour laser printer, any necessary accessories and the accompanying instrument dependent consumables, for delivery to Helse Stavanger HF. The instrument will be used for molecular biological work, such as sequencing and fragment analysis. The number of analyses is estimated to up to 1000 analyses per annum. The instrument, with any instrument PC and 2 client PCs, will be used to identify gene fragments, sequences and variants. The instrument will also be used to validate and verify “in-house” and CE certified analysis methods. The idea is to use the instrument with the required software for quick and efficient processing of data and for precise identification of gene fragments, sequences and variants. Tenderers are asked to submit prices for instrument dependent consumables in Annex 1 — Price Sheet, based on an estimated annual analysis volume of 1000 analyses. See the tender documentation.
