The client (SWR) aims to continue the leadership and development for their managers, by hosting 8 leadership events, with a possibility of a further 2 events added to the programme, dependent on the client's needs. The client will organise the venues and the catering for the leadership events. The request: The committed obligation for the next series of activities is described as needing to include: • Facilitating and delivering bespoke workshops to align with the content of the 3rd Leadership event for 800 managers or there about. • Designing the Leadership course with a blend of presentation styles and oversee post event evaluation. • Providing consultancy to the business and strategic direction to support the success of the proposed initiative • Provide post-event support, to analyse correlation, themes and trends.
