Andium Homes Limited - Kitchens and Bathrooms

Local Jersey Based Companies only. Andium Homes wishes to enter into a 5 year contract (with possible extensions) with 2no. contractors to deliver 2no Kitchen and Bathroom installation contracts (based on area and property type) which will deliver new kitchen and bathrooms throughout the year. Andium Homes aims to carry out approximately 100-200 kitchens and 100-200 bathrooms per year, dependent upon replacement dates. The works include but are not limited to the removal, design, installation of kitchens and bathrooms. Works will also include the provision of accompanying works such as electrical, mechanical, tiling and flooring works. The Kitchen & Bathrooms Contracts are a vital part of ensuring that existing properties are maintained to the Andium Homes lettable standard, and to a good quality, whilst ensuring that all statutory safety requirements are met.
