Karmy Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for framework agreements for the procurement of workwear and protection equipment. The framework agreements will be co-purchase contracts for Karmøy and Tysvær Municipalities. Option to join the contract: Karmøy Church Council Tysvær Church Council The contracting authority´s contact person is: Name: Kristian Wikre Service place: the Procurement Department, Karmøy Municipality. There must be no contact/communication about the tender contest with other persons at the contracting authority than the named contact person. If a tenderer finds that the tender documentation does not provide sufficient guidance, sufficient information or is in another way unclear, addition information can be requested in writing from the contracting authority via the contest tool Mercell. The replies to questions will be published. The contracting authority's aim with this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with tenderers who can deliver workwear and protection equipment for various groups of employees, which fulfil the contracting authority's needs and quality requirements. The total value of the framework agreement is estimated to be between NOK 6-10 million excluding VAT for the entire contract period (4 years), based on the consumption in recent years and the estimate for future needs in this area. The amount has been adjusted up somewhat in order to allow for changed prices and/or changed procurement volumes. The framework agreement will include workwear and protection equipment for the following groups of employees: — building managers/caretakers, — cleaners, — employees who work with the operation and maintenance of outside areas, such as roads, parks, and gardens, etc., — employees who work within property/builder and municipal engineering services, such as water and sewage, sanitation, surveying, etc, — employees who work in nurseries, schools and before-and-after-school care. The list is not exhaustive. Workwear for employees who work within health and care services is covered by separate contracts and not included in these framework agreements.
