Description
MVH is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced roofing contractor to design and construct a new pitched tiled roof over the existing partly failed flat roof on top of a 3/4 story residential block known as The Green, Trefechan, Merthyr Tydfil.Bidders will be required to survey the contract area and submit pricing to fully complete the project including all preliminary and associated costs whether expressly stated in the appending pricing documentation or not.MVH is ideally seeking to appoint a contractor that is able to act as a partner to MVH in ensuring the works are completed on time and to a high standard.The successful bidder(s) will be expected to deliver the works as an extension of MVH and take full responsibility for the end to end delivery of the works.
