Service- and maintenance of road side equipment

Description

Bompengeselskap Nord AS has intention to enter into contracts with Tecsidel ITS for service- and maintenance on road side equipment. Lot 1: Tecsidel SA went bancrupt autum 2022. Tecsidel ITS has acquired the neccessary knowledge and information, including equipment, source code, aso. to carry out service- and maintenance on existing toll charging installations. Therefore, as the only provider, Tecsidel ITS has the neccessary access, knowledge, source code and competance to provide service- and maintenance for the eqipment delivered by Tecsidel SA. The service- and maintenance contract have the same terms and conditions that the original contracts with Tecsidel SA. The contracts will be for the lifetime of the charing point. On this basis, and pursuant to the Norwegian public procurement regulations § 13-4, Bompengeselskap Nord AS intend to conduct a direct procurement without contest.
