Service and maintenance contracts for some toll collection stations.

Description

Vegfinans intends to enter into a contract for service and maintenance contracts with Tecsidel ITS for toll collection stations delivered by Tecsidel SA. Lot 1: Tecsidel SA went bankrupt and was bought up by Tecsidel ITS in winter 2022. Tecsidel ITS has bought the necessary information and knowledge, including the necessary equipment, source code, etc., to carry out maintenance and service on the existing installations. Therefore it is Tecsidel ITS (as the only supplier) that has the necessary equipment, accesses, source codes, and competence to provide service and maintenance services for the products that were delivered by Tecsidel SA. The service and maintenance contracts have the same terms as the original contracts with Tecsidel SA and they expire on 30.11.24. On this basis, and pursuant to the public procurement regulations, § 13-4, Vegfinans AS would like to make a direct procurement without a contest.
