Provision of Appropriate Assessments and Environmental Consultancy Services

Description

Irish Lights requires the provision of Appropriate Assessments and Environmental Consultancy Services to Irish Lights an experienced environmental consultancy in order to provide the information necessary to allow the competent authority (Irish Lights) to conduct an Appropriate Assessment in accordance with the requirements of Article 6(3) of the Habitats Directive (Directive 92/43) and by extension under Article 7 with requirements of the Birds Directive (79/409) for an number of existing sites where maintenance and upgrade works (either internal or external) or emergency response works are proposed. A Screening for Appropriate Assessment for the proposed works at each location was prepared previously and is provided in the enclosed Background Information Pack.
