Utilities and Enabling Works Framework

Description

As part of the M100 Advanced and Enabling Works Programme, MetroLink is establishing the M14 Utilities and Enabling Works Framework. The framework is a five (5) lot, multi¬party Framework Agreement for the delivery of Enabling and Utilities Works, for an initial duration of 4 years with the option to extend to a maximum duration of 12¬ years. The 12 -year duration is essential to support the MetroLink programme and align with the M400 and M500 contract durations. The Framework Agreement will be an NEC4 Framework with call off Contracts under Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC), with Options A, C and E. Call off contracts will be procured under the framework to deliver all site enabling and utilities required to support the timely and efficient implementation of MetroLink ahead of the M400 Main Civil Infrastructure Contracts and the M500 Service Delivery Partner programmes. While the above Frameworks are predominantly set up for the MetroLink project TII reserve the right to utilise these arrangements on other TII Luas Network Projects that are of a similar scope and nature.
