EN-22-01 Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice, operational contract for snow scooter tracks

Description

Engerdal Municipality has a snow scooter track network of approx. 240 km. Engerdal Snøscooterforening will maintain the municipality's track network. In the contract the association uses volunteers to maintain the track network. Income from ticket sales covers material costs and fuel. The estimate value of ticket sales is approx. NOK 700,000 per year. The annual contract can be renewed up to 9 times, so the maximum contract length is 10 years. Objections from suppliers that believe they can compete for the operation of this must make contact by Monday 7 February at 12.00. Lot 1: The contracts include: - Establishment, operation, and maintenance of tracks. - Snow clearing in car parks. - Signage and marking. - Clearing rubbish along the tracks. - Preparation of the tracks after a snowfall. - Clearing after the season ends. - Summer work in the track network. - Reporting if the track is closed and the status of the track network.
