Description

Lillesand kommune v/Enhet for teknisk prosjekt [Lillesand Municipality c/o the Technical Projects Unit] needs to procure a consultant for detailed engineering design of a water and sewage installation between Kjerlingland and Fjelldal. The route is approx. 2 400 m and a large quantity of water pipelines will be constructed, including a pumping station, force main and gravitational fall. This is considered to be an advanced project and there are high requirements for competence and experience. As an option, the procured detailed engineering design consultant implements public competitions for the procurement of an executive contractor according to NS8406 and the procurement of three (3) pump stations pursuant to NS8409 p Both the pipeline installation and pumping station will be described according to NS3420. The tenderer engaged to perform the detailed engineering design will also have the role of construction manager during the execution phase. The anticipated value of the procurement is approx. 3 500 000 NOK excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is non binding for further information we refer to the procurement documents. Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract.
