EIB - PS — ENI — Programme Management Support Consultant (PMSC) for the Gaza Central Desalination Plant (GCDP)

Description

The objective of this technical assistance is to implement the Gaza Central Desalination Programme on time, on budget and at high quality. The Programme Management Support Consultancy (PMSC) will be embedded in the overall Programme Management structure. It will support the Palestinian Water Authority (PWA) in programme management and provide guidance during the procurement, design, construction and commissioning phase of the Gaza Central Desalination Programme (GCDP), leading to the Program’s successful implementation and handover to the operational phase. Additionally, this TA aims to enable the long-term operational effectiveness of the GCDP by delivering and implementing a results-driven capacity-building plan to Programme Management Unit that manages and leads the implementation of the GCDP. The estimated duration of the programme is up to 36 months. Up to six senior international experts with experience in managing large water infrastructure Programme will be mobilized. Same as above.
