Description
The purpose of this technical assistance contract is to give support to the promoter’s project management unit for its core activities of project management, monitoring, funds management, procurement, and reporting, in order to efficiently deliver the Belarus Utility Modernisation Project. The objective of the Belarus Utility Modernisation Project is to improve the quality and efficiency of water and wastewater services, support replacement and/or extension of water and wastewater infrastructure in secondary cities of the Republic of Belarus.
