The operation consists of a feasibility study which will provide the partner promoter of the EIB (Société de Patrimoine des Eaux du Niger) with a programme containing relevant investments to satisfy the water demand of the population in the concerned area, based on a diagnosis of the current and future situation and in accordance with available resources.
