TC001 - Event Supplies & Services Flexible Purchasing System (FPS)

Description

The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders to be included on the Flexible Purchasing System for Event Supplies and Services which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. A Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) is, in effect, an open framework agreement to which new providers can apply to be appointed to during its life. During this period new providers will be able to gain entry onto the FPS. During this period, the FPS will re-open intermittently, during which periods new providers will be able to gain entry onto the FPS . It is envisaged that the FPS will be re-opened as and when there is a requirement for further provision. The required Events Supplies and Services Framework Agreement has been divided into the following 11 Lots: Lot 1: Event security and stewarding Lot 2: First aid Lot 3: Large Temporary Structures/Marquees Lot 4: Small Temporary Structures/Marquees Lot 5: Staging and risers Lot 6: Sound and PA Lot 7: Lighting and projections Lot 8: Barriers, fencing and trackway Lot 9: Generators and distribution Lot 10: Toilets, sanitary and plumbing Lot 11: Event Crew This procurement exercise is being run as an Open Invitation to Tender and the Authority will award places on the Framework Agreement to successful Tenderers that meet the criteria as stated in the Invitation to Tender.
