Lift-maintenance services

This is a prior information notice (PIN) and not a call for competition. The Office of Government Procurement intends to invite submissions from companies/organisations with expertise and capability relating to the delivery and provision of lift maintenance services, the scope of which may include routine maintenance and repair works together with call out repair services. This would involve the establishment of a competitive multi-supplier national framework with the possibility of division into lots by sector and/or geographic area level. This notice is a statement of potential contracts during the next 12 months but is not a commitment to purchase.
