BOM & Production Planning Software

Description

Terry's Patisserie are a food manufacturing business based in South Wales. The project concerns improvement of production planning & bill of material (BOMs) processes. Currently, NOUVEM & SAGE software are used on site, NOUVEM for sales, stock and production information, SAGE for account information.The software required would take current data, e.g sales volumes, anticipated sales, current raw material stock finished goods stock, production products, available equipment & personnel to determine the optimum production plan.
