Priory View - Cladding Remediation Works

Description

Cladding remediation works to Priory View, Dunstable. Works are to deliver cladding remediation under the Cladding Safety Scheme not limited to: • Replacement of insulation material and installation of cavity barriers, inclusive removing and reinstating spandrel panels • Removal of combustible timber materials and replacement with non-combustible materials including: o Timber cladding o Decking boards o Brise soleil • Works to render details • Works to ventilation and ducting details on the façade • Works to remediate balcony build ups to remove as much combustible material as possible to reduce fire load and reinstate with non-combustible materials. The overall objective of the scheme is to attain a low rating on reinspection by a façade engineer under and update FRAEW (Fire Risk Assessment External Works) report. The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the tender process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. If there is anything you are not sure about or need clarification on, please use the Correspondence facility within the In-tend electronic tendering system. Last date for receiving questions on the In-Tend system: 24th October 2025. Completed tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically by the due date via our In-tend electronic tendering system. Tender submissions must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Tender must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 7th November 2025 at 12.00noon. Tenders received after that time will be excluded.
