The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one or several tenderers. The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority's need for different types of containers, including -Hook containers -Lift containers -Combi-lift containers Note that this contract has several contracting authorities, including Bingsa Gjennvinning AS Bingsa Gjennvinning Næring AS, Bingsa Gjennvinning kommunalteknisk AS and ÅRIM IKS. The contracting authority is in a process where an assessment is being made as to whether to merge the above-mentioned companies. The contracting authority asserts the right to extend the contract on the same terms with a new organisation number for the contract's original companies. Lot 1: Combi-lift containers The contracting authority will use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The aim of the contract is to meet the contracting authority's need for the procurement of combi-lift containers. Lot 2: Hook containers The contracting authority will use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The aim of the contract is to meet the contracting authority's need for the procurement of hook containers. Lot 3: Lift containers The contracting authority will use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The aim of the contract is to meet the contracting authority's need for the procurement of lift containers.
