Description
CHP wishes to commission an experienced and appropriately qualified organisation for the provision of inspection, testing, servicing, repairs/maintenance and minor improvement works of CHP’s fire sprinkler systems (currently 27 sites) in order to keep them compliant and in full working order. The works/services are required on a cyclical/planned basis but will include responding to callouts and emergencies 24-hour, 365 days a year. For the avoidance of doubt, installations and major upgrade works of sprinkler systems will not be within the scope of this contract. The Contractor shall have appropriately qualified staff and systems in place to ensure resolution of all issues, faults and problems upon first visit or, where non-stocked parts are required, a follow up visit arranged.
