Supply of Double-Glazed Sealed Units

We are seeking to issue a Contract for the Supply of Double Glazed Sealed Units to our PVCu Production Factory. Tai Tarian is one of the largest social landlords in Wales and have responsibility for over 9,000 homes across the Neath Port Talbot County Borough. Lot 1: General Information We are seeking to issue a Contract for the Supply of Double Glazed Sealed Units to our PVCu Production Factory, based in Nant-y-Cafn, Seven Sisters, Neath, SA10 9EY. It is envisaged that a maximum of 1 Supplier will be awarded the Contract. Duration The Contract shall operate for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 x 1 year periods. Form of Contract The Form of Contract that applies to this Contract shall be Tai Tarian’s Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods and Related Services. Estimated Value The estimated annual value of the Contract is 120,000 GBP excluding VAT. The whole-life estimated value of the Contract is 360,000 GBP, with an option to extend up to 600,000 GBP.
