Provision of the WBC Highways and Transport Professional Services Consultancy Contract. In outline, the services to be provided by the PSC contractor are: • Service and Account Management • Transportation Polices and Strategies support • Transport Planning and Transport modelling (including but not limited to VISUM) • Traffic Management Studies including design • Traffic Signal service, maintenance & upgrades • Flood Modelling and flood support • Business case and bidding opportunities • Major Traffic/Transportation Schemes • Planning services- outline applications, reserved matters • Environmental services • Structures inspections and maintenance management • Scheme project management, design, site supervision • CDM Principal designer
