Description

Procurement Assist invites organisations to participate in a 48-month Framework Agreement for Capital Investment and associated works to its current and future Members across domestic and commercial sites. The Framework Agreement may be used by (but not limited to) all NHS Trusts, Social Housing Providers, Local Authorities, Blue Light Services, Education, Charities and all other contracting authorities that are located in the United Kingdom including those listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/102. Lot Lot E: Air Source Heat Pumps Installation Lot E - Supply and Installation of Air Source Heat Pump Systems into Member dwellings in commercial or domestic properties. Lot Lot F: Ground Source Heat Pumps Installation Lot F - Supply and Installation of Ground Source Heat Pumps into Member dwellings in commercial or domestic properties. Lot Lot G: Damp and Mould Treatment Lot F - Damp and Mould Treatment Works to Member dwellings in commercial or domestic properties. Lot Lot H: Total Asset Investment Lot G - Total Asset Maintenance is a whole dwelling solution designed as a combination of categories within this Framework Agreement as packages of works. Lot Lot I: Fire Prevention Works Lot I - Fire Remedial Works from Fire Risk Assessments or system installations for Member dwellings in commercial or domestic properties. Lot Lot J: Asbestos Removals Lot J - Removal of Asbestos from Member dwellings in commercial or domestic properties.
