Renfrewshire Council are looking to engage with the Asbestos Surveying and Analytical Services Market to feed into the development of a future Contract for Domestic Properties and Common Areas. Lot 1: This Prior Information Notice is being carried out for Market Engagement Purposes only. Renfrewshire Council are seeking to engage with the Asbestos Surveying and Analytical Services Market to feed into the development of a future Contract(s) for Asbestos Surveys and Analytical Services for Domestic Properties and Common Areas. There are two different workstream requirements: Void and General Housing including Common Areas - Asbestos Surveys & Analytical Services. The estimated volumes per year for this requirement will vary but below sets out estimates: - Common Areas in Renfrewshire - 1,900 - survey volumes not yet known - Void and General Repairs - 765 per annum Projects - this would cover all the different capital works programmes that are ongoing or due to start.
