Children's Home-Based Care (CHBC), also called domiciliary care, refer to a range of support services provided to children and young people and their families within their own homes. These services are in place to address the specific needs of children and young people with disabilities, aiming to enhance their quality of life and promote their wellbeing while enabling them to remain within their family environment.
