Return Deadline - 15:00 Friday 21st September 2018 <br /> <br />St Edmundsbury Borough Council & Forest Heath District Council is undertaking this joint procurement exercise. However each Council will require a separate Valuation Report. <br /> <br />St Edmundsbury Borough and Forest Heath District Council’s will form a single council to be known as West Suffolk Council from 1st April 2019. All rights and obligations under the agreement with either Forest Heath District council and/or St Edmundsbury Borough Council will be transferred to West Suffolk Council by way of novation/assignment. The successful bidder shall agree to sign such documents and do such things as may be reasonably required for the purpose of giving full effect to such novation/assignment. <br />
