Enova would like to enter into a framework agreement with an advertising agency that covers Enova's need for advertising agency services. Services that tenderer will provide in consultation and cooperation with Enova are: — strategic consultancy services on market communication, — digital communication systems, — concept and product development, — content marketing, — effective communication of knowledge, — systematic management of interested parties, — photo/video, — brand development, — graphic design, — material storage. Total communication systems are decisive for Enova fulfilling its targets and achieving results, and close cooperation is expected with the media agencies and other suppliers so that assignments are carried out in an efficient and appropriate way. Enova is a data-driven entity, and the tenderer is expected to have the premise to assist Enova with market-leading systems within digital marketing. Enova would like deliveries across the width of advertising agency services; e.g., strategic consultancy for marketing and climate communication, ongoing concept and product development, campaign planning and implementation, development of channel adapted communication systems, development of activities for different target groups, graphical design, photo and video production, branded goods, as well as material storage (both digital and physical storage of, e.g., photos, illustrations, pictures and brochures, guidelines, roll ups), project management and method. The different disciplines within market communication are closely connected to each other and are becoming more and more complex. It is decisive for Enova that the complete solution is as efficient and result-orientated as possible, so that it has a positive contribution to the company's communication with customers and interested groups, both externally and internally. Enova's communication is aimed at both private persons, entities and organisations, on areas of priority that are decided by mandate and agreed with the owner, the Ministry of Climate and the Environment (see https://www.enova.no).
