Media Monitoring - Preliminary Market Engagement

Description

The Met Office wishes to explore the route to market and undertake early market engagement with potential suppliers who could provide media monitoring, analysis, reporting services and up-to-date media contact and outlet databases. We also require ongoing technical support for use of these services. We are looking for a media monitoring and analysis tool to provide high quality summaries, analysis and reports. This monitoring should be available in both automated and manual formats, including daily media roundups, as well as specific coverage reports on external communications projects. The provider would also provide an up-to-date journalist and media outlet contact database, including relevant information to help inform communications strategies. The provider would also provide technical support and onboarding training. The Met Office communications team is looking to maximise efficiencies by using automation where possible. We are particularly interested in hearing how your solution may employ Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive efficiencies through automated analysis, insights, alerts and media coverage reviews. We are aiming to enter into a 4 year contract, however this will be subject to change depending on the market response to this PME. Keywords: Media Monitoring
