Award of contract - Agile Coach Altinn 3

Description

The Department of User Experience and Data Sharing (BOD) in the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency (Digdir) needs 1 very experienced Agile Coach who has solid experience in establishing flexible teams, with an emphasis on assisting Scrum Master, Product Owner/Product Group Managers, and Team Architect with establishing backlog, estimations, planning work/steering documentation such as migration plans and road map, with a focus on internal and external dependencies. Lot 1: This is a role for 1 consultant, not a team or multiple consultants. There is an upper financial limit for the assistance of NOK 4,300,000 excluding VAT, including options. The position is 100% for 6 months; options for 6+6 months. Start.up: 1.11.2023 The workplace will be Digdir's premises in Oslo (Økern Portal) The consultant must reckon on some travel between our locations (Brønnøysund/Leikanger) - if required. If we found it appropriate, we will invite up to 3 of the candidates that best fulfil the award criteria to an online interview.
