Planned works consisting of; bathroom replacement, kitchen replacement, re-wiring, boiler replacement, renewal of pitched roofs / flat roofs / roofline and replacement of domestic doors / communal doors to a portion of BDHT's existing housing stock. Lot 1: door replacement Domestic door residential external door and internal door replacements across various properties Lot 2: renewal of pitched roofs, flat roofs and roofline elements Domestic renewal of pitched roofs, flat roofs and roofline elements across various residential properties. Lot 3: kitchen replacements Domestic kitchen replacements across various different residential properties Lot 4: Electrical Rewire Full re-wire of domestic electrical systems across various different types of residential properties. Lot 5: Boiler Replacements Replacement of domestic boilers in various different properties Lot 6: Bathroom Replacements Replacement of domestic bathrooms across various different property types
