Adhoc Major works Lots 1 & 2

Description

Lot 1: Ad-hoc Major Works to occupied social housing across the borough of Barnet and other areas consisting of minor and major capital works such as replacement or significant overhaul of bathrooms and or kitchens; replacement of boilers and or heating systems. PIR testing of domestic wiring installation to the kitchen and/or bathroom and carrying out remedial works, upgrade works or rewiring works as required. Limited External Works such as window and door replacements; delivery of adaptation works; various internal works to dwellings such as replastering, carpentry works, painting and decorating and plumbing work. Where other specialist or Health and Safety Work are identified such as asbestos removal they will be carried out by a Barnet Homes current Service Provider for that element. Lot 2: Major Void Works across the borough of Barnet Voids and other areas as described in the tender documents and supporting appendices.
