Le contrat sera établi sous forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire sans minimum ni maximum en valeur ou en quantité. Fourniture de petit matériel médical de diagnostic, de soins et d'aide au confort et à l'autonomie du patient: marché unique identifiant cinq catégories de matériels: urgence, instrumentation, confort et autonomie du patient, diagnostic, soins.
