Regulating and controlling instruments and apparatus

Description

The contracting authority for this procurement is the Agency for Urban Environment, Bergen Municipality. The Agency for Urban Environment currently uses a control system for the municipal street lights in Bergen Municipality. The system is called Citytouch and is delivered by Signify Norway AS. The Citytouch control system has features such as individual control at fixture level, option to obtain consumption and data, as well as see the position on a map (xy-coordinator) of fixtures. The Agency for Urban Environment needs a control system for its street lights with the same features as Citytouch. Signify Norway AS has delivered the control system for the municipal street lights since 2017. In 2017 Philips Lighting Norway AS won a contest for the delivery of new LED fixtures and the control system was then included in the delivery. There are currently approx. 13 000 fixtures that Bergen Municipality owns with Citytouch control, but this number will increase if new fixtures are established. The Agency of Urban Environment is not aware of control systems that are compatible with the current Citytouch system that can use the same hardware/material. Bergen Municipality, c/o the Agency for Urban Environment, therefore intends to enter into a contract with Signify Norway AS for licences for a 4 year period for the Citytouch control system.
