Mid Yorkshire Teaching Hospital NHS Trust is seeking to engage with the market to inform the potential future procurement of executive recruitment and search services.<br/><br/>The services are expected to support appointments to senior roles, including:<br/><br/>Chair positions<br/>Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) and Associate NEDs (ANEDs)<br/>Senior Executive roles (e.g. Band 9 / Very Senior Manager level)<br/><br/>The authority is exploring a more strategic and flexible approach to recruitment, including:<br/><br/>Proactive talent identification and pipeline development<br/>Early engagement with potential candidates prior to formal recruitment<br/>Flexible delivery models tailored to individual appointments Lot 1: The future requirement may include, but is not limited to:<br/><br/>Executive search and recruitment services<br/>Market mapping and talent pipeline development<br/>Candidate attraction, assessment, and shortlisting<br/>Advisory support to appointment panels<br/>Pre-recruitment engagement activity (e.g. “soft search” to test market interest and role design)<br/>Provision of market intelligence and insights<br/><br/>Objectives of the Engagement<br/><br/>The authority is seeking to:<br/><br/>Understand market capability and capacity<br/>Explore delivery and commercial models<br/>Identify innovative approaches to improving recruitment outcomes<br/>Inform the design of a future procurement process<br/><br/>Areas of Interest for Supplier Feedback<br/><br/>The authority welcomes input on:<br/><br/>Delivery models (e.g. full-service, partial support, search-only)<br/>Approaches to talent pipelining and succession planning<br/>Methods to improve diversity and inclusion in candidate pools<br/>Strategies to reduce time to hire and failed appointments<br/>Commercial models, including pricing structures and multi-year arrangements<br/>Value-added services (e.g. insights, psychometrics, market analysis) Additional information: Interested organisations should register their interest by contacting:<br/><br/>Philip.Adamson2@nhs.net<br/><br/>Suppliers will then be provided with further information, including any questionnaire and engagement details.<br/><br/>Deadline for expressions of interest: [<br/><br/>Monday 20th April 2026.
